TREF

Tref is the meeting of Bruno Le Tron, Didier Laloy and Wim Claeys on the diatonic accordion and Frédéric Malempré on percussion. Belgian reference par excellence in terms of diatonic accordion, for 10 years this musical research laboratory has set no limits. As virtuoso ambassadors of their instruments, these musicians have traveled the world and played with half the planet. They perform on all the major stages in Belgium: from Nekkanacht in Antwerp to the Montreux Jazz Festival, via the Francofolies de Spa, the festivals of Saint-Chartier and Dranouter, etc … In 2002 the group won the Klara music prize. These 4 passionate musicians bring traditional rhythms, jazzy harmonies, moving melodies, rock grooves into their dialogue … In short, Tref is unique music which, on stage, is always accompanied by a touch of humor … Belgian style!
