In the run-up to balls or concerts, Ciac Boum offers a discovery of its universe, in the form of an initiation / deepening of the dances practiced in Poitou, whether in the round (ronds, demi-ronds, limousines, Maraîchines, bals…), in a line (Avant-Deux, Pas d’été, Bransles….), sung or in couples.
Depending on the length of the workshop, Christian will introduce you to “standard” dances, suitable for the ball that follows, or to deepen your understanding of the styles and free engagement of the dancers, so that each individual’s personality can flourish in these dance settings.
