What to expect ?
Beginner / intermediate level in Polska: Have you heard a polska many times without having the courage to try it? This course will allow you to understand the subtleties of this Swedish couple dance by learning the basic form (work on the step, posture and balance in the couple).
An introduction to slängpolska will also be offered, a couple dance based on improvisation of figures. A knowledge of couple dances from the folk ball is desired.
